Monther Darwish, Managing Director of Palazzo Versace Dubai, announced in Gulf News that the hotel will not be impacted by the recent sale of the property. He confirmed that the hotel has an exclusive management contract with Palazzo Hospitality Services which is valid until 2037. The residences section of the building were not included in the auction.
